This Privacy Policy provides our policies and procedures for collecting, using, and disclosing your information. Users can access the Bhubaneswar Superbikers Club (BSC) App service (the “Service”) through your mobile device (“App”) available for download on the Google Play and Apple App Stores or on web (“Application”) accessible using the URL https://www.unifysystems.in/bsc-app-privacy-policy/

This Policy governs your access of the Service, regardless of how you access it, and by using our Services you consent to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure and other uses described in this Policy. Accepting this policy

All users who are willing to use the app services via the Android and iOS Apps will need to do the following:

  1. View and access the Privacy Policy from within the Login Screen of the App in case the user is not logged into the app
  2. Accept the Privacy Policy terms in order to be able to continue accessing and using the app and service
  3. In case the user wishes to not accept the Privacy Policy terms, the user can uninstall / delete the app and request for deletion of their data by send an email at [email protected] with your name, email and consent to delete all data from the app

 

Type of Data collected and permissions sought from the user

Among the types of Personal Data that this Application collects are:

  1. Storage permission
  2. Camera permission
  3. Usage Data; name, email address; mobile number, password; unique device identifiers for notifications
  4. Location

Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using this Application.

Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by this Application is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services. In cases where this Application specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this Data without consequences to the availability or the functioning of the Service.

Used by the bikers to see the live location of each other while in the ride event

The information we collect and store.

We may collect and store the following information when running the BSC App Service:

Information you provide.

When you register and/or use your account, we collect some personal information, such as your name, phone/mobile number, email address and home/business postal addresses, pictures you upload on the App, your device ID (a unique identifier assigned to a device by the manufacturer), your communications using the App Service etc. You may also be asked to allow access to your contacts, camera, gallery, your location using global positioning technology, storage etc. We may also use this information to send notifications / emails / SMS pertaining to the services of the App / offerings etc. of our businesses to you, amongst using the same for other purposes listed in this document.

Cookies.

Like many websites and apps, we may use “cookies” to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our App. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your tablet, mobile device, or computer’s hard drive through your Web browser or application that enables the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. We may disclose to parties outside BSC files stored in your BSC App and information about you that we collect when we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with a law, regulation or compulsory legal request; (b) protect the safety of any person from death or serious bodily injury; (c) prevent fraud or abuse of BSC App or its users; or (d) to protect BSC App’s property rights.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, but we will notify you (for example, via email and/or a prominent notice on our website) of any change in control or use of your Personal Information or Files, or if either become subject to a different Privacy Policy. We may disclose your non-private, aggregated, or otherwise non-personal information, such as usage statistics of our Service.

Changing or deleting your information.

If you are a registered user, you may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information provided in your registration or account profile by changing your “Profile and Settings” though our App. If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may update or delete it by making the change on above-mentioned section. In some cases we may retain copies of your information if required by law.

Data retention.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, you may request deletion of your account by sending us an email at [email protected]. We may retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Consistent with these requirements, we will try to delete your information quickly upon request. Please note, however, that there might be latency in deleting information from our servers and backed-up versions might exist after deletion. You will no longer be able to access our Services or App or your data after deletion of your account.

We follow generally accepted standards to protect the information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Our Services are not directed to persons under 13; We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will take steps to delete such information from our files.

 

The rights of Users

Users may exercise certain rights regarding their Data processed by the Owner.

In particular, Users have the right to do the following:
