When you register and/or use your account, we collect some personal information, such as your name, phone/mobile number, email address and home/business postal addresses, pictures you upload on the App, your device ID (a unique identifier assigned to a device by the manufacturer), your communications using the App Service etc. You may also be asked to allow access to your contacts, camera, gallery, your location using global positioning technology, storage etc. We may also use this information to send notifications / emails / SMS pertaining to the services of the App / offerings etc. of our businesses to you, amongst using the same for other purposes listed in this document. We may disclose to parties outside Nexa Cybercity (Bhubaneswar), Nexa Salt Lake (Kolkata) and Nexa Stadium Road (Cuttack) files stored in your N-Jyote Group App and information about you that we collect when we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with a law, regulation or compulsory legal request; (b) protect the safety of any person from death or serious bodily injury; (c) prevent fraud or abuse of N-Jyote Group App or its users; or (d) to protect N-Jyote Group App’s property rights.

Consistent with these requirements, we will try to delete your information quickly upon request. Please note, however, that there might be latency in deleting information from our servers and backed-up versions might exist after deletion. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
