5C Innovations LLC Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

Our privacy policy covers the property of 5C Innovations LLC, (“5C”) and our GetHealthcare, CheckIt,ScriptClip, and PharmFinder apps, collectively the (“Products”). By using our Products, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and any Terms of Use.

Privacy Policy

We collect personal data and health insurance information (when applicable) to identify prescription drug pricing and medical procedure information based on your requests for such pricing.
We do not sell or share your personal data and health insurance information with anyone other than those parties who may assist 5C in providing the pricing information, the fulfillment of any prescriptions you may fill, or both (“Affiliates”). Any such relationship is covered by the laws governing the protection of your confidential health information (i.e. HIPAA laws).
Any information exchanged between the user, 5C, and any Affiliates shall only be done in order to execute the functionality of the Products.
5C will not accept and/or retain any medical information not directly related to the functionality of the Products.
We provide access to general, public information that may assist the user, and in some cases information that the user may retrieve on their own through their relationship with a health insurance provider. 5C makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality or validity of this information, and the user assumes all risks associated with using any of this information.
5C may include hyperlinks and references to other applications, websites, and/or companies. 5C is not responsible for the content of any materials produced by any company other than 5C.
Once anonymized, 5C reserves the right to use any information provided by the user to conduct analysis, develop presentation materials, marketing materials, or any other information it deems relevant. In doing so, 5C will never provide any personally identifiable information (“PII”) to the general public or non-Affiliate.
If the user provides information to 5C, pharmacies, health care professionals, Affiliates, or marketing partners, the user agrees to potentially be contacted by such entities. The user also acknowledges that he/she understands the risks associated with such communication.
5C may use commercially acceptable methods to collect user information, whether or not the user has conducted any drug price searches.
5C may use cookies to associate information with your account.
5C collects and retains information related to drug price searches conducted by the user.
5C, at its sole discretion, may choose to enter into marketing and advertising arrangements with third parties. We may place cookies and other tracking technology on your mobile devices or other electronic devices to enable advertisers to display advertisements using commercially acceptable business practices.
5C and its Affiliates do receive information back from pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), pharmacies, medical providers, health insurance providers and employers of the users. 5C will retain any data relevant to the functionality of its Products.
To the extent 5C chooses to outsource any customer service-related functions (for example, call center operations, mailing services, etc.), 5C will share necessary contact information to complete responses to customer service inquiries.

Terms of Use

By using the Products, you agree to the terms and conditions of the Privacy Notice and Terms of Use.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or otherwise change the Privacy Notice and Terms of Use. Upon any such change, the user is bound by the updated Privacy Notices and Terms of Use.
User expressly acknowledges that the Products and 5C do not serve as a substitute for medical advice, and user should never rely on the Products or 5C for medical advice. The user should always seek professional medical advice related to any prescription drugs.
The Products shall only be used by adults or children under the supervision of a responsible party of the child.
